From France to Bathurst: Vanessa’s Journey to Entrepreneur & Nurse Practitioner

In this week's Northern Heat Report, we feature Vanessa Hyppolite, owner of Bio & Co in Bathurst. Vanessa, originally from France, moved to the region in 2016 with her husband to pursue a nursing degree. Their passion for healthy eating led them to become regulars at a local natural food store, which they later bought and turned into their own business. Now, Vanessa runs the store while studying to become a nurse practitioner, showcasing local and Canadian products. She's a great example of the opportunities available in the region.
